Our Story

Forces combined

The Co-founders met while working on a previous project, established to create a cross-organisational platform to minimise duplication and maximise the impact of humanitarian solutions, particularly bringing private sector best practice and latest technology solutions into the mix.

At the close of that project they decided to move forward with the next stage and thus formed gluoNNet in 2018, as “the world needs better answers.”

Scientific background

The technology behind our product is based on algorithms from the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) used to analyse particle collisions in the context of the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), the biggest scientific collaboration in history.

Using scientific methods, the interdisciplinary team of finance and physics experts at gluoNNet are developing diagnostic tools for analysing the world’s largest data sets, unlocking hidden potential.

What is a gluon?

In physics, gluons are particles that carry one of the fundamental forces between other particles: the strong force. Gluons exchange their “colour charge” with particles, “gluing” them together. Learn more

Owed to our CERN-background, our organisation is called gluoNNet. We exchange the strongest force between science and industry: knowledge. We tackle complex problems with smart solutions, bringing—or gluing—people from different fields together.
